EXTREMELY RARE!
Vintage The Real Ghostbusters Sweatshirt from likely a promotional item for the show in 1986.
Great vintage and pre owned condition- no rips or tears, there was previous staining that has been treated and is now so hard to notice that a camera cannot pick it up easily. It looks amazing!
Size: The tag writing has worn off, so the approximate size is a child’s size 4, however here are the flat garment measurements so that you may check for yourself before buying.
Flat measurements:
about 14” across the chest
14” long top to bottom
neck hole 6” across
14” long arms
3” wide wrist holes
There may be a misprint in the fabric regarding the year. It says 1984 for copyright of characters from the original movie. It also below says 1984 again for the sweatshirt production. This would be strange since The Real Ghostbusters animated show was not pitched until 1985 and released until 1986. Hopefully another collector will have more information on the history of this item than I do.
