Vintage Boy’s Dress Shirt With Belt. It looks like a little sailor shirt.
Here are some measurements:
Chest across : 16 in
Length: 20.5 in
Sleeves from edge of collar: 20.5 in
Belt : 32 in long / 2 1/4 wide
Shirt has some discolorations on sleeves. Both sleeves have a button and holes. Small discoloration on front right of shirt. Pictures are included.
Front of shirt has two functional pockets. Buttons look like mother of pearl. There is an extra button inside left collar.
Belt is held up by a belt loop on each side.
