Harris 8700 high pressure regulator cga e-4 AR/HE/N2 Argon Helium Nitrogen.
This was sourced from an industrial supply liquidator.
There's no box and there are some marks on the metal as the photos show. I can't tell if this is new or used. I think like most liquidation items it is a return or maybe a floor model. Cuz the metal is mostly bright as compared to used versions of this that have photos here on ebay.. but I can't guarantee whether it's new or used in terms of it's open box status. Check the photos and you decide. Same thing for the exact parameters and specifications for this I don't know so I've provided detailed photos of the labeling.
