So beautifully detailed and packed carefully away all these years as a treasured keepsake until no one in the family could recall who the original owner was and saw no reason to keep it.  As for me, I can't image that someone wouldn't be able to find value in such delicate, home made machine work.  In fine condition with no holes or stains, with all the little mother of pearl buttons intact.  It measures 13" across at the top of that plain section as well as at the top of the shoulders.
